Authorities Find Couple Dead At Home

"HOKE COUNTY, NC — A Hoke County woman was shot and killed by her husband, a former Fort Bragg soldier, during an apparent murder-suicide.

"Hoke Co. authorities say they were called to a home at 115 Patolly Place during the early morning hours of Dec. 10 where they found two bodies, dead inside the home.

"The investigation determined that 24-year-old Seth R. Andrews shot his wife, Hillary L. Andrews, before turning the gun on himself.

"Andrews had just returned home from a one-year deployment from Afghanistan between Nov. 26 and Nov. 29, according to information received by Fort Bragg.

"Authorities say the investigation is still ongoing."
